Create and manage detailed account plans for large strategic customers in the region. - Engage in high-level technical and commercial discussions with C-suite contacts.
Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability to effectively navigate regional norms and etiquette.
Present regional account strategies to PSS and IA leadership as needed, ensuring alignment with broader PSS strategic account strategy.
Collaborate with HGR leadership in the region within a highly matrixed organization. - Possess strong business and commercial acumen, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in large strategic sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new account acquisition for PSS. - Travel within the region is required, approximately 30-50% of the time.
Maintain a client-facing focus, with internal reporting rigor and adherence to requirements.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to regional sales managers and account managers in PSS APACI.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7-10 years of experience
MBA preferred
Proven experience in strategic sales, preferably in the APAC region.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level contacts.
Cultural awareness and adaptability to effectively navigate regional norms and etiquette.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
