Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives.
Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the Business Units.
Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement, and reward performance.
Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
Collaborate across the HR network and with other organizational stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions.
Minimum seven years of progressive experience as a senior HR leader within a global environment
Proven experience working as global HRBP supporting organizations across different regions and cultures
Working within the pharmaceutical or related industry preferred
Experience with managerial development programs, workforce planning best practices, HR annual operating plan cycles
Trusted partner and facilitator with excellent people skills and the ability to influence and lead in a matrix in a positive manner
