Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative HR business support to assigned leaders and employees to address any needs and/or concerns as they arise to support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and change management in a productive manner.
  • Ensures consistent application of policies, procedures, practices, and company values and serve as a liaison between the local and global HR functions.
  • Interprets, communicates, and executes policy and documentation requirements to ensure business and local compliance.
  • Support leaders in their recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives, and lead talent review / succession planning activities across client groups.
  • Provide clarification around benefits, payroll, HR policies and practices to employees.
  • Consult with leadership and supervision as required regarding employee performance issues or employee relations and assist with the disciplinary process by conducting investigations, employee termination discussions, or mediating and assisting in solving employee performance and/or work issues.
  • Utilize HR reporting and PowerBI dashboards to analyze metrics and identify strategies to drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead HR programs & projects across your client groups; leverage and align with other functions within the network as needed.
  • Lead and influence change management initiatives to address issues that will enhance overall performance and capability of the organization.
  • Other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, psychology; Master’s degree a plus.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • 3 – 5 Years of experience.
  • HR experience preferred; including in-depth knowledge of all employment and labor laws. Able to effectively utilize all Microsoft Office applications and various HR software programs.
