Leads a team of HRS Operations Specialists responsible for consolidating and enhancing administrative processes throughout the region.
Manages delivery of all transactions within agreed service levels.
Provides solutions to optimize administrative processes in the region.
Ensures timely delivery of the high-quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies including on-boarding and exit process, benefits, leave and sick leave administration, etc.
Successfully ensure transfer of defined support from the assigned countries to the HUBs
Describes and continuously improves processes.
Supports implementation of new tools and applications in the region.
Serves as a liaison for the assigned HR leader in the region and his team, assesses and provides feedback from customers.
Works closely with other HRS functions and other departments like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing etc.
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
University degree
Experience on similar position at least 2 years; min 5 years in HR/ HR Services
Experience working for Multinational company
Experience in HR Services or Shared Services organization
People Management experience
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma quality systems is a plus
Pro-active attitude
Customer focused - understand customer requirements and priorities, have “can do” attitude
Demonstrated ability to drive changes
