JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of HRS Operations Specialists responsible for consolidating and enhancing administrative processes throughout the region.
  • Manages delivery of all transactions within agreed service levels.
  • Provides solutions to optimize administrative processes in the region.
  • Ensures timely delivery of the high-quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies including on-boarding and exit process, benefits, leave and sick leave administration, etc.
  • Successfully ensure transfer of defined support from the assigned countries to the HUBs
  • Describes and continuously improves processes.
  • Supports implementation of new tools and applications in the region.
  • Serves as a liaison for the assigned HR leader in the region and his team, assesses and provides feedback from customers.
  • Works closely with other HRS functions and other departments like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing etc.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

  • University degree
  • Experience on similar position at least 2 years; min 5 years in HR/ HR Services
  • Experience working for Multinational company
  • Experience in HR Services or Shared Services organization
  • People Management experience
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma quality systems is a plus
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Customer focused - understand customer requirements and priorities, have “can do” attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to drive changes
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities
