Manage, lead, and develop HR Specialists to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience through effective delivery and execution of HR services and processes
Manage processes and policies relating to day-to-day human resource global operations. Proactively seek opportunities to refine, expand, and improve the service provided by the team. Lead with continuous improvement mindset to contribute to the advancement and success of the HRS GO team. Act as the subject matter expert and resolve any escalated issues for the Global Operations team
Partner with Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, On-boarding) to meet customer needs and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with Human Resources Generalist and HR Managers to communicate and/or present new processes or gather and incorporate feedback. Utilize various human resource information systems: Sales Force, Revisal, PeopleSoft, Time and Attendance systems, legislative tools
Performance management of functional team
Work as part of the team involved in end to end booking and billing processes – ensuring the successful and timely booking, delivery and billing of all orders in addition to the achievement of the Customer Experience metrics
Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the business to ensure support of the Global Customer Care team
