Objective of the position:
- Accompany business strategies by ensuring the proper functioning of various HR-related processes for your assigned area.
- Serve as an expert consultant on HR issues.
- Act as an employee advocate and change agent.
- Evaluates and anticipates HR-related needs.
- Collaborate with the entire HR functions to provide value-added services to managers and employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as key focal point for employees and managers in your business areas on all HR matters - providing expert strategic and operational HR advice, guidance and coaching
- Deliver proposals/solutions that are aligning with business strategy and HR priorities by utilizing 3M policies, procedure, tools and techniques in areas including organizational effectiveness, business transformation, employee engagement and relations, people transition, and performance management
- Act as a sounding board to client group managers/leaders and provide professional advice and coaching
- Responsible for about 200-300 employees across multiple functions.
- Advise and coach managers/leaders with client groups and work with them to deal effectively with employee relations issues
- Work in partnership with internal and external legal counsel to minimize the HR related risks
- Guide and execute disciplinary processes to maintain order and compliance.
- Align and drive talent management strategies within client groups for talentidentification, development,recognition and retention
- Work proactively within client groups on succession planning for critical roles
- Promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion culture
- Provide HR support for driving employee engagement strategies within client groups
- Interpret HR analytics and share these insights with senior leaders to enhancetheir understandingof people issues, advising and coaching them into appropriate solutions and improvements
- Manage complex HR projects related to business strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other HR functions to develop and implement processes and activities related to human resources.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data trends and share insights to leaders
Experience:
- BA/BS or equivalent plus 5+ years of HR Business Partner environment with direct client support, ER experience is a plus
- Experience of working in complex global multi-national organizations
- Demonstrate experience of managing one or more complex HR projects through a complete project life-cycle
- Strong competence in the various HR functional areas including talent management, coaching and employee relations
- Curious about the business and takes a commercially minded approach
- Values inclusion, diversity of opinions and people
- Great team player who can be relied on to deliver results
- Excellent social and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Business level English
