Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Account Strategy – Lead the sales cycle for a select group of key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to drive success across multiple stakeholders.

  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with product specialists, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Solve Business Challenges – Understand customer objectives, uncover pain points, and position Salesforce as the strategic partner to drive digital transformation.

  • Drive Adoption & Value – Help customers leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform to optimize operations and achieve long-term success.

  • Build Strong Partnerships – Work alongside solutions architects, sales engineers, and internal partners to provide exceptional service and ensure customer success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience – Successful track record in carrying a quota and closing complex, technology-driven deals.

  • Strategic Account Planning – Ability to develop and execute account plans that uncover opportunities and drive business results.

  • Consultative Approach – Skilled in understanding customer challenges, business objectives, and industry trends to develop tailored solutions.

  • Excellent Communication – Strong presentation and engagement skills across multiple formats.

  • Collaborative Mindset – Experience working in a team-selling environment, partnering across different functions to drive success.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience selling to large enterprise or complex accounts

  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to develop and grow a new or underdeveloped territory

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
