During your Apprenticeship you will:

  • Assistin managing projects to achieve customer business outcomes, focusing on both transactional and subscription-based services.
  • Help integrate customers into digital experiences tailored to their needs, promoting product engagement.
  • Support the execution of Success Program initiatives by using digital tools and coordinating with internal and external teams to overcome customer adoption challenges.
  • Evaluate customer engagement to prioritize support and enrollment in Success Programs.
  • Aid in prioritizing and coordinating customer events, delivering content as needed.
  • Contribute ideas tooptimizeteam processes and solutions.
  • Work with Cisco internal teams, sales, and partners to drive customer adoption and growth within the designated region.
  • Monitor and manage customer engagement and progress through digital platforms and live interactions.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing customer events and webinars, managing participation for targeted customers.
  • Address customer risks byleveragingtools and programs to guide them through the customer lifecycle.
  • Assistas a support consultant, understanding customer strategies and providing guidance
  • Help build relationships with key customer stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
  • Serve as an encouraging contact point for customers and internal teams, helping to coordinate solutions and communicate customer needs.
  • Learn about and help streamline customer support processes in collaboration with team members and external parties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • pursuing a high school diploma or higher.
