During the apprenticeship you will:
- Provide support to SMB Managers in managing partners opportunities.
- Facilitate the order management process, coordinating with various teams to ensure order accuracy andtimelydelivery.
- Engage in partner meetings and contribute to the preparation of presentations and sales proposals.
- Maintain diligent records of sales activities and customer interactions within Cisco’s CRM tools.
- Get familiar with Cisco SMB Sales process.
- Interlock with internal team and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis toidentifytrends and opportunities for business growth.
- Contribute to the creation of business cases and justifications for customer solutions, aligning with Cisco’s value proposition.

Minimum Qualifications
- pursuing a high school diploma or higher.
