Primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all work is processed within assigned service levels and meets Legal/Compliance requirements.

- Partnering with Management to identify and implement process/procedural enhancements.

- Managing department costs within assigned budget.

Department responsibilities will include:

- Identify any gap in processes and update procedures as required by system and/or process improvements.

- Complete goal setting, development plans and annual reviews for reporting staff on a timely basis

- Ensure adherence to operating procedures, legal and compliance regulations and IT Policies to minimize risk

- Resolve complex issues and exception items

- Oversee department projects and introduce new procedures to the staff

- 2+ years of leadership experience required.

- Proven ability to evaluate employee performance

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

- Ability to partner with internal and external clients or contacts

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exhibit strong problem-solving, delegation and decision-making skills.

- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills

- Demonstrate ability to understand, follow, and break down highly complex processes and procedures.

- Display a high sense of urgency.

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Excellent attendance and performance record

- Intermediate level knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- BA or BS degree preferred
