Job Summary:

As a Transaction Specialist IV, you'll be part of the central operations contact for USD payments processing, client escalations, exception processing following highest control standards while ensuring exception client experience, especially during high volume days.

The primary responsibility of the specialist will be processing USD payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end processing of USD payments, including preparation, verification, and execution and ensure all payments are processed accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant process, regulations, internal controls, and company policies, monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud related to USD payments.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding USD payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate information and timely responses.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required and utilize payment processing systems and software efficiently.
  • Comply with the Standard Operation Procedures, abide by the Code of Conduct and ensure strict adherence to the Company’s policies.
  • Process any required back-up tasks relating to production, identifying ways to improve current work practices and participate in the rotation of functions within the group ensuring no degradation to workflows.
  • To work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks to be undertaken.
  • Will be supporting the US HV Payments which is 23*6 function, hence should be flexible for working in multiple shifts and support weekend processing and testing’s if required.
  • Utilize payment processing systems and software efficiently.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to payment processing systems and workflows.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Graduate with Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions.
  • Graduates with good academic record.
  • Experience and a working knowledge of various aspects of USD payments, SWIFTS and International Payment Processing Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
