As the Head of Manufacturing - Americas, you will be owning & and managing the Manufacturing Partner business for Americas. Additional responsibilities include Manufacturing Industry partner pipeline management, contributing to the Manufacturing partner ecosystem strategy, managing strategic relationships with influential Technology (Independent Software Vendor), Consulting (Global Systems Integrator/Systems Integrator), and driving CXO-level relationships with Manufacturing’ customers, and partners.You will use one or more of Discrete, Process, Consumer Goods (CPG), and Pharma Manufacturing to engage at the CXO level with these Manufacturing customers and partners. You will be the Manufacturing expert and interact with partners, enterprise customers and sales/field reps.You will work with technical concepts along with the Manufacturing consulting services landscape. You will think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and partner engagement to help build and convey compelling value propositions for AWS customers through AWS Partners. You will influence innovation through partners with solutions and utilizing other program successes. This role will be tasked with thinking differently and daring to deliver the best overall solutions and business models in the world.
Key job responsibilities
Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable Return on Investment (ROI).Represent the AWS Manufacturing partner strategy internally and externally including presenting at Executive Briefings and Conferences.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
