2. Work with our strategic partners to execute solutions in the AWS Manufacturing business
3. Drive joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with key technology (ISV) and consulting (G/SI) partnersAs the AMER Manufacturing Partner Development Specialist (PDS), your key responsibilities will include:1. Executing partner attached solutions in the AutoMFG accounts for the Americas region
2. Managing the AutoMFG AGS partner pipeline.
3. Contributing to the Manufacturing (Discrete and Process) Industry partner ecosystem strategy
4. Developing relationships with Technology (ISV) and Consulting (G/SI) partners to accelerate opportunities
5. Driving CXO-level relationships with manufacturing customers and partnersTo be successful in this role, you should have deep experience in one or more of the following manufacturing sub-industries: Industrial, Consumer Goods (CPG), and/or Pharma Manufacturing.Key job responsibilities
2. Executing the AMER Manufacturing Partner strategic plan which includes aligning with partner development managers who manage our top AWS technology and consulting companies.3. Build C-level relationships with our top Manufacturing customers, and partners.4. Execute Go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners with clear and measurable Return on Investment (ROI).5. Represent the AMER Manufacturing industry including presenting at Executive Briefings and Conferences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 6+ years working in or with automotive manufacturers.
