Your role and responsibilities
Oversees risk management strategies, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements across all IBM facilities for Americas.
Facilitates the development, prioritization and execution of a multi-year expense and capital investment plan for the geography.
Provides dedicated support to the buildings and critical infrastructure by working directly or via FM partner.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Technical expertise in Facilities Management with strong vendor management experience
- Demonstrates leadership and engagement of cross-functional teams and resource coordination
- Strong skills in executive communication and presentation, as well as negotiaiton skills and adaptability
- Experience in real estate transactions, project management, program management, facilities management and office services
- Experience in driving prioritization of investments
- Demonstrates financial acumen through fiscally sound budget planning and management
