As a Sr. Treasury Manager of Global Banking and Operations, you will play a crucial role in contributing to Align’s success. Your responsibilities will include ensuring an efficient and effective banking structure to support our global operations, overseeing operational and strategic projects, and supporting all aspects of Treasury and risk Operations activities. You will also help set the treasury technology roadmap and advise on banking issues for the Controllership and other regional teams.

In this role, you will…

  • Leads the management of the company’s global bank relationships and the administration of all banking portals (high volume and four major bank groups). Works with other regional treasury or finance personnel to onboard and offboard bank accounts.
    • Represent the treasury team on banking-related issues and work with local teams to improve the process and resolve banking-related matters.
  • Directly responsible for onboarding and offboarding bank accounts in the Americas, APAC, and LATAM countries and providing global banking consolidation reporting.
    • Works directly with internal and external stakeholders on the straight-through processing technology and Electronic Bank Statement systems. Ensure entities and banks are reporting correctly in the ERP.
    • Responsible for global bank fees, ensuring the company receives the best pricing. Prepare KPIs every quarter on banking fees.
    • Manage ongoing global KYC requirements andmitigate risk through signatory, banking access, and Fbar reporting. Works with other treasury personnel to consolidate this information and reporting requirements globally.
    • Owns the master data relative to global bank accounts, ensures no oversights on reporting, and works collectively with the team on reporting.
    • Works with legal on global signatories and updates to the company’s banking resolution.
  • Manage the issuance of the company's letters of credit, bank, and parent guarantees for Americas, APAC, and LATAM countries; maintain the accuracy of these financial commitments and ensure repository updates. Directly responsible for the consolidation of the financial instruments within the TMS.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and operational controls related to global cash management, including SOX compliance.
  • Responsible for policies and procedures relative to global banking.
  • Primary contact concerning assisting and resolving bank and payment transaction issues; works directly with IT and shared services to resolve banking technical issues.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices for banking.
  • Partner with business/finance to support global growth through the banking and payments team (highly visible).
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships with the greater finance team and partner with other business areas to support growth.
  • Assist with the facilitation of wire settlements (high volume).
  • Understanding of in-house banking structures
    • Optimization of banking structures, pooling systems, and cash repatriation skills are a must.
  • Technical aptitudes for technology and finance, such as machine learning, data management, financial software, and systems.
  • Manage the Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure the accuracy of bank accounts monthly and Fbar. Ensure the accuracy of reporting bank accounts to cash positioning reports.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience. CTP is a plus.
  • Must be incredibly agile, possess the ability to handle a multitude of work-related items easily, and can pivot quickly. You are comfortable working on multiple tasks, swiftly and simultaneously, as the position requires incredible agility.
  • You have an inquiring personality and a helpful attitude.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury is a must in a multi-national enterprise.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills with the ability to be flexible and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Successfully build relationships internally/externally
  • Very proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, emphasizing good Excel spreadsheet skills. Versed in Pivot tables and macros.
  • Strong Knowledge of banking software and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba)
  • You are comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
