What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance; Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other technology platforms.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations including LOAs, time off.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, ensuring data security and privacy.
- Implement and enforce records retention policies.
- Supervise the onboarding and offboarding process for global employees ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Oversee the resolution of employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general HR information.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to employee needs.
- Manage relationships with HR service providers and vendors- including health insurers, retirement plan administrators, and other service providers.
- Ensure flawless Open Enrollment and Global Benefit Renewals occur through Benefits brokers.
- Stay informed about benefits and operational trends to maximize budget investment.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are advantageous.

Hybrid work:
Salary Range: $166,000-184,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
