Responsibilities:

  • acquiringandretaininghigh-value sellers and buyers

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with key businesses, sellers, and partners in the collectibles industry, including auction houses, sports leagues, player communities, and other relevant organizations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, product, and operations, to deliver a seamless and optimized experience for collectibles sellers and buyers on eBay

  • Identifyand capitalize on cross-program alignments to enhance eBay's offerings in the collectible's market

  • Provide personalized insights and initiatives to sellers to help them achieve their growthobjectiveson eBay

  • Participate in industry events, such as Licensing Expo, to network and promote eBay's collectibles strategy

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and adapt to changing market conditions

Qualifications:

  • , Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, with a focus on collectibles or a similar industry

  • Strong understanding of the collectibles market and the unique needs of collectors and sellers in this space

  • Experience in negotiating and influencing cross-functional teams and external partners to drive business results

  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
