As part of our team, you will

● Assist with and implement corporate social media strategies driving transformation and engagement.

● Proactively own the day-to-day management of our social media presence including corporate and brand campaigns, community management, news and engagement through plans and social-first content calendars that are shared and aligned.

● Continuously analyze and improve reputation and engagement in social media through collecting and actioning feedback, data and insights.

● Support with brand and executive crisis management and online presence protection.

Your skills and experience

● Excellent understanding of marketing and social media concepts and how to utilize these to deliver brand and company value.

● Proficiency in social media planning, execution and reporting/analytics platforms and tools.

● Fluent writing and communication skills in English, Finnish proficiency is a plus.

● Strong social media experience in a large international B2B enterprise is a plus.

● Strategic and analytical mindset together with a passionate, proactive, hands-on way of working.

● High ethical standards; able to manage confidential information and projects.

● Fast paced and flexible, able to work effectively in a rapidly changing, intensive and virtual environment across time zones.

Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
