As a skilled communicator and writer, you excel across digital B2B platforms – seamlessly transitioning from building online campaigns to producing short explainer videos to sharing LinkedIn best practices with sales teams. As a Social Media Program Manager, you will be responsible for building world-class social media programs that engage, drive conversations, and strengthen relationships with security professionals, business leaders, and influencers around the world. This is a truly global position, so you will work across languages and time zones to define and execute regional and employee campaigns. You’ll need to stay ahead of best practices in social media while keeping tabs on competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute region-specific social media strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead employee advocacy across our social channels and evolve our processes and programs to further grow employee activation on social media.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on employee advocacy program metrics.
  • Leverage company evangelists and social media champions in a smart and thoughtful way to build Check Point’s Share of Voice (SOV) and thought leadership with influencers.
  • Create and maintain a social content calendar, ensuring impactful content publishes at the best time for our audiences.
  • Serve as an internal champion and go-to resource for employee questions about all things social media.
  • Write and copy-edit content from short posts and video scripts to thought leadership blogs.
Qualifications
  • B.A. in communications, journalism, marketing, or business preferred.
  • 5+ years of social media experience for a global company or agency.
  • Excellent written and spoken business English; multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of B2B social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Solid understanding of social and web analytics tools; willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment; practices superior time management.
