Plan and execute allocations to assure that ecom needs are covered by following the Channel Ranges provided by Market CTC (Concept to Consumer) buying teams, and by providing with the optimal initial volumes
Proper forecasting on optimal stock cover for ecom to achieve the budgeted net sales by maintaining a healthy stock mix from in-line ranges & free stock reorders
Responsible for weekly monitoring of KPIs to enable in-season replenishment of stocks according to performance
Manage mark-downs for ecom as required within given framework and in line with market and global strategy
Leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Buying/Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, CX, Digital ops) to ensure a smooth, accurate, and punctual flow of processes across these functions
Key Relationships:
Regional: Digital EM teams - Merchandising, Data Analytics, Digital Operations, MDM, Consumer Experience
Local: DTC, BUs, CTC, Supply Chain
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Specialist with technical skills related to in-season Allocation & Trading for a global brand
Broad and deep knowledge of merchandising and retail supply and operations topics and broad knowledge of other functional areas involved in the Allocation & Trading process
Proficiency on MS Office Applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, Power BI or other tools is a plus
Strong reporting skills, Presentation skills
English language fluency
