Management of catalogs and UX visual components of the platform via agency
Local designs preparation and global visual materials localization for the platform, creating briefs for designers (video, statics)
Analysis of website/app KPIs (traffic, CR, engagement time, etc.) to draw up an action plan aimed at maximizing platform performance
Managing the product range available on the platform, making proposals to optimize the product range to increase demand. Managing product catalogs, sorting and filtering rules to maximize CR. Adapting global product master data, including its localization into Kazakh and Russian via an agency, ensuring product range display on the platform.
Key requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with online content in E-commerce or brand/trade marketing
Experience in the sports/fashion retail category in E-commerce or marketing will be an advantage • Understanding the key principles of consumer journey and UX/UI in E-commerce
Understanding the main KPIs of mobile applications and online stores (traffic, CR, engagement, CPT etc)
Project management skills, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, implementation within deadlines, experience in preparing reports outlining activations results
Analytical skills
Languages proficiency: Kazakh – C2, professional, Russian – C2, professional, English – B1, intermediate
Proficiency in programs: Microsoft Excel, Power point, GA4 – professional, Power BI – basic, knowledge of Atlassian (condfluence, trello, figma) and visual editors (Photoshop) will be an advantage
