Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Provide seasonal commercial input to guide product creation in creating relevant products for the US market
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Sales and Planning to align on seasonal revenue, margin and unit targets
- Collaborate with Product and Brand marketing throughout the product creation process to ensure future season products, assets and GTM plans are executing to plan
- Support key brand strategies and concepts through cross-functional collaboration and execution to deliver what it takes to win with our consumers
- Serve as market category expert, be the liaison between sales and global product marketing/CTC providing market landscape feedback in regards to sales, market share, competitor performance and trends
Key Responsibilities:
- Select seasonal assortment for all US channels from the global range which best meets market objectives for styling, profitability, article count initiatives, including and supporting key global product launches
- Manage range architecture during planning and launch phase
- Utilize historical data to inform creation and future assortment planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within golf and fashion marketplace. Assist in monthly market share reporting
- Create seasonal product briefs with full market and product analysis
- Work closely with sales management to create programs to drive futures as well as minimizing closeout opportunities
- Manage product forecast until seasonal handoff to Planning. Participate in bi-monthly forecasting meetings, making key recommendations ensuring correct assortments and quantities
- Conduct preline meetings with key accounts; establish relationships with buyers in all channels
- Publish and Communicate MAP and ISP updates for footwear and accessories, when applicable
- Work strategically with account managers and sales management to establish booking goals
- Responsible for sell in merchandising assets and samples including:
- Create and prepare visual merchandising assets for Sales team and key accounts
- Manage sample orders and requests (forecasts and oredering)
- Brief Brand Marketing on creation of seasonal sales materials, such as catalog and digital sales tools
- Present product at sales meetings and to internal departments
- Update and maintain internal showrooms and create product displays throughout corporate headquarters. Coordinate seasonal sample line and maintain sample room

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or closely related field, highly desirable.
- At least 5 years product marketing, buying, merchandising, account sales or other relevant experience
