Job Description

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Embed enterprise talent practices into Japan organization to develop people for their success, liaising with HRBP and Global HR colleagues.
  (e.g., performance cycle, enterprise leadership skills and programs, manager capability building and talent growth framework etc.)
• Provide guidance and pragmatic solutions for the talent practices to HRBPs and Executive Team.
• Plan, develop and execute talent development programs (future talent, accelerated talent and female talent) as a program office
• Engage people into powering their path for their development through employee communication.
• Be an integral part of culture transformation to drive our long-term success including DE&I initiatives.

Required capabilities & Skills:

• Ability to collaborate with Global HR colleagues, HRBP and key stakeholders in Business. - Winning as one team mindset and behaviors.
• Willingness to utilize HR data into practice and solutions. (Workday reporting and other HR applications)
• Entrepreneurship to place a high priority on the stakeholders’ perspective when making decisions and taking action.
• Project Management skill to guide people into the desired goal with priorities and clarities.

• Experienced being a Change catalyst to demonstrate adaptability, maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes to exploring the better benefits.
• Experienced working in complex organization to support stakeholders in multi businesses.
• Experienced conveying information, ideas and purpose clearly and concisely to individuals and groups in an engaging manner that helps their behavioral changes.
