DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive the design, development and implementation of software solutions from inception to production. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Lead Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Lead design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Understand requirements and size the effort with concise estimation. Effectively communicate with all the stake holders including business partners, other technical partners, and UI/UX partners. Effectively work with production support team in order to triage the issues and come up with RCA's involved for resolving the same.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Architect - Technology, Programmer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Android; and Agile. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Person to Person Payment solutions; Mobile App Protection; Google Crash reporting analysis; Behavioral analytics; ADA compliant design; Mock services; UI Automation using JUnit and Android Espresso; and Sonar. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Kotlin. This position requires experience with the following: Waterfall SDLC; Hybrid SDLC; J2EE; Spring; Hibernate; Java; Javascript; JQuery; SQL; XML; REST; SOAP; JSON; Oracle; GIT; Junit; Unit Testing; iOS; Xcode.
