Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, internal control frameworks, and with compliance policies and frameworks.
- Experience identifying potential risks and developing innovative solutions.
- Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
