Job Summary (Primary function)
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)• Lead the development and implementation of an integrated non-personal and omnichannel strategy focused on educating healthcare professionals in a new disease state for Incyte Dermatology
• Oversee convention/congress tactical strategy, budget, and execution for unbranded awareness and a new product launch
• Develop and execute promotional programs and tactics, manage through the MLR process and ensure alignment and integration across channels• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal• Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives• Work closely with key stakeholders including dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office staff, professional societies, and other relevant third partner partners.• Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge• Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization• Budget preparation and maintenance• Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)• 3+ years work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing• Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets• Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members• Experience developing multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products• Specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred including experience in dermatology, inflammation and autoimmunity, or allergy• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project autonomously• Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities• Launch experience strongly preferred
