As a Senior HR Generalist, you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. You will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
A day in the Life:
- Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model, partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture, support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives
- Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- min. 5 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Business fluent in written as well as spoken English
- Experience in supporting a regional model, strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, advanced Excel skills for data analysis include creating charts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity, ability to work independently as well as act as a team player
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
