Responsibilities

  • Lead business systems analysis and process design of internal initiatives representing LCA business functions.
  • Identify, analyze and document business requirements, processes and use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, objectives, requirements and architectural design approach of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Drive innovative design concepts and documentation of future-state processes, architectural approach and business/system requirements.
  • Hands-on design, development and implementation of AI-driven Salesforce platform and 3rd party application solutions, partnering with IT, Tech & Products and other teams where applicable to align on design approach, architecture, roadmaps and release schedules.
  • Enable our LCA community on AI/agentic platform solutions, providing working prototypes, demos, education and awareness as products become available internally and for general release (GA).
  • Leverage data to drive insightful analysis that enables the execution of LCA business objectives and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
  • Document operational processes, procedures, technical and functional specifications.


Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience in business analysis, process and technical design.
  • Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience (required), including meaningful experience with ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, DataCloud, Einstein/Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft and Org level administration
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards (required), and experience with Tableau CRM, Tableau Cloud), Data Cloud, Snowflake and/or similar tools.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle and release management concepts and best practices
  • Experience in projectleadership/managementand agile scrum methodology.
  • Salesforce Sys Admin (required) and other Salesforce platform certifications (desired).
  • Customer-centric to build positive working relationships with business partners, teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and results oriented with a passion for learning and being curious.
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking in English; able to convey message clearly and communicate at all levels.
  • Growth mindset with positive, open thinking for an AI-enabled future; ability to flex easily with change
  • 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, process design and specifically Salesforce platform configuration.
  • 2-3+ years of Salesforce system administration experience and building apps on the Salesforce platform.
