Your Impact
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor BDR/LDRs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Lead Qualification Oversight: Ensure that LDRs effectively assess inbound leads based on predefined criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), to determine sales readiness.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution, providing regular reports to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine prospecting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient progression of leads through the sales funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Your Experience
Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with experience managing teams and optimizing lead generation processes.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to improve their performance and professional development.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies
3-5 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with proven success in achieving targets, and potentially some experience in a leadership or mentorship role
Past experience in working with 3rd party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations and virtual BDR teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
