Develop and Execute Tailored Account-Specific Plans . Collaborate with sales reps to create targeted account plans for Singapore and the Philippines, aligning prospecting with key business opportunities.
Analyze Data to Drive Continuous Improvement . Analyze prospecting metrics and sales data to spot trends, improve strategies, and enhance lead generation efforts
Build Key Connections . Identify and introduce new stakeholders within target accounts to Account Managers to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.
Utilize Prospecting Tools . Maximize tools like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with effective outbound techniques, to schedule high-impact meetings.
Collaborate Across Teams . Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to support new programs, campaigns, and offerings tailored to the Singapore and Philippines markets.

What You'll Bring
1–2 years of experience in sales prospecting or business development
Excellent communication skills in business English
Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales tools like Outreach or Sales Navigator
Ability to manage outreach campaigns and book discovery meetings
Tech industry background (SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
