As a successful Wireless Bluetooth Quality Engineer, you will focus on testing Bluetooth enabled features in Appleʼs innovative products. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Validate features manually and with automationDrive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with development team and analyze the root causes for the issuesCollaborate with cross functional teams to get requirementsDesign comprehensive test plans for new features, factoring in technical details and the customer experienceTriage for any discrepancies as well as monitor and drive customer issuesComplete both documented and ad hoc testing to ensure high quality releasesBring up, perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and scripts
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in defining test plans and creating test cases based on technical specifications and feature requirements.
  • 2 years of experience in validating and testing products with domain expertise in one of these areas: Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, Audio, Wireless RF protocols
  • 1 year of experience in developing testing scripts using Python, Perl or other programming languages
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, quick learner with ability to work individually and as a team
  • Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Efficient time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers
  • Experience on Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins is a plus
