What you will do:

• Drive the vision and strategy on how to evolve our Network Platform solutions

• Build, scale, and mentor a cohesive team of amazing engineers

• Form strong cross-functional partnerships to achieve alignment with stakeholders and ensure our solutions meet their needs, while maintaining our focus on reliability, resiliency, security

• Balance competing priorities across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and programs

What we are looking for:

• Experience in building and operating high scale tier-0 distributed infrastructure

• Deep understanding of Layer 4 to Layer 7 networking solutions

• Technical acumen with the ability to go deep as needed to provide input and facilitate sound decision-making

• Proven track record of timely execution, maintaining engineering quality, building trust with stakeholders, and managing competing priorities

• Customer obsession and a product mindset to understand business and customer needs, delivering results and creating a tight feedback loop

• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short term execution and longer-term vision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $920,000.
