We seek a driven and highly competent leader to drive culture and engagement programs and initiatives from within the Chief of Staff office for a multi-disciplined group comprising of Consumer, Marketing, Communications, and Experience Design. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and be extraordinarily capable of juggling diverse responsibilities. Working as an individual contributor, you must be a masterful problem-solver, an exceptional communicator, and an organizational force.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Understand business priorities and voice of the employee feedback, providing thought leadership to drive our positive environment enabling the success of our people and team.

  • Strategic approach to translating employee feedback and clearly defining the path forward to address engagement through both immediate and broader term initiatives.

  • Lead and manage improved onboarding processes for new team members and those transitioning into new roles.

  • Drive the employee survey process to ensure maximum participation, action planning, communication, and follow up efforts on an ongoing basis.

  • Curate learning and training across internal and external source for the team; drive an effective process to spotlight opportunities to learn and grow.

  • React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations requiring a quick turnaround and take effective action without knowing the whole picture.

  • Foster strong relationships and trust with team members across the organization and levels, including senior leadership.

  • Responsible for related operations and project management duties, and ad-hoc operational support for the Office of the EVP.

  • Some travel may be required.

What You Need to Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience leading engagement practices, health of the employee, People/HR/Learning programs, or related operational functions within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Slack-based culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and implement programs based on culture and organizational needs.

  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with minimal oversight. Execute with high confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and high attention to detail.

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills. Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively
