What you'll do:

• Communicate with Japanese/English/Chinese speaking customers and validate incident business impact and priority.
• Check critical incidents with colleagues and provide solutions for customer.
• Help to monitor product support queues within BCP system.
• Assist team for generate some support related reports.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Foreign language: Good English reading and writing skills, good listening and speaking skills preferred. Japanese is a plus.
• Other skills & competencies: open minded, multiple tasking, team player, self-motivated and result driven.
• Working for 5 days a week is preferred (8AM-5PM), duration is at least 6 months.
