What you'll do:
Communicate with Japanese/English/Chinese speaking customers and validate incident business impact and priority.
Check critical incidents with colleagues and provide solutions for customer.
Help to monitor product support queues within BCP system.
Assist team for generate some support related reports.

Foreign language: Good English reading and writing skills, good listening and speaking skills preferred. Japanese is a plus.
