You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. • Analyze operational workflows using lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (as-is and to-be states).
• Support digital transformation and operational excellence programs.
• Work backwards from business needs to build features and systems that directly impact our customers and improve efficiency.
• Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., TamperMonkey, Python, VBA, Java)
• Collaborate with partner teams or use APIs for more advanced process automation
• Identify and apply use cases with AI tools and agents in operations
• Leverage existing scalable tech platforms and solutions to onboard FOC use cases
• Take full ownership of projects and deliverables with minimal supervision
• Champion the agile software development lifecycle including design reviews, code reviews, and operational support, while adhering to engineering best practices for the entire FOC organization’s queue of business automation solutions.
• Communicate insights and progress clearly with different levels of stakeholders and leadership in various formats both written and verbal
• Act as liaison to external tech teams for collaboration and integration
• Collaborate with analytics, operational, and technical program management teams to evaluate, test, and implement improvement solutionsWhy AWS

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules


Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
