You will be adept at building relationships and have a successful record of growing accounts and revenue generation, and also at building relationships with peer stakeholder groups internally to launch new large-scale accounts successfully. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders and client stakeholders across product, tech, and operational verticals. You enjoy working closely with customer teams to develop strategies that grow Amazon Pharmacy adoption and client satisfaction. You’ll leverage creativity to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to foster alignment and eliminate obstacles.Key job responsibilities
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in healthcare, preferably Pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy-adjacent
