Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls from potential customers, providing information about our payment solutions, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our payment solutions, understand their needs, and close sales.
- Achieve KPIs and Targets: Meet and exceed set key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our payment solutions, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Sales Process Management: Follow the established sales process, from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in achieving company goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent French and English required .
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
