WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is part of the Nike People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams and works collaboratively across other HR teams, groups and functions to ensure smooth delivery of HR procedures and policies. This includes working across other teams like compensation operations, Tier 1, payroll, benefits operations and others. This role also requires country expertise in unique legal requirements and builds processes to ensure local compliance with all laws and regulations.
The selected candidate should have experience with:
- Workday/SNOW and systems skills and ability to learn and follow detailed work instructions on complex processes in support of the employee lifecycle.
- EIB basic knowledge and ability to develop in this area to become an area of expertise
- Ability to identify process and system improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- You will monitor and manage HR tasks and cases in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure timely and accurate resolution of core Global Process Delivery work such as personal data changes, one-time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, VOE support, termination process, administering leaves, benefit transactions, employee contracts and contract extensions, onboarding, new hires, compensation updates, work authorization monitoring, service date research and updates, electronic and physical file related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee data to meet local requirements and ensure data quality for downstream systems including Payroll, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits; understand and follow documented work instructions policies and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver service excellence to employees and HR stakeholders by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all (ServiceNow) requests concerning Leave programs.
- You will perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in HR Systems (Workday, Time Track, etc.).
- Owning GPD Production Plan audits follow up including identifying data errors and finding resolutions in a timely manner. Proactively raising where there may be gaps in Work instructions and processes.
- Most of your time (90%) is spent in completing ServiceNow tickets and Workday tasks.
- Looks for process and system improvements to improve efficiency and automation.
- You will Solve problems independently and bring well thought out solutions to the team.
- Develop yourself as a GPD professional and is willing to expand GPD knowledge to additional countries and areas of expertise.
- May work on team projects as needed, such as Year End, Org Transformations, Store Closures, Compensation events, Open Enrollment, Compliance, Leaves Inventory HR website, Leaves training for the Business etc.
