Your role:

  • As a Philips Senior National Account Manager, you will work with one of our key digital/online retail customers to create a mutual strategy though joint business plans (JBPs).

  • Your focus will be on growing market share by focusing on range, product mix and promotional effectiveness, continually reviewing rate of sales and adapting plans accordingly.

  • This particular role has a specific focus on developing our online strategy which accounts for majority of our sales

  • You will have commercial responsibility for your customers, managing P&L and negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution, and pricing agreements.

  • Actively seek & position new concepts and strategies, in alignment with Customer Marketing Manager’s, driving the digital agenda.

  • Co-ordinating with company supply chain function to ensure on-time fulfilment of orders.

  • Collaborating with Category Management to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.

  • Ensuring accounting records are completed on time and in full

  • Reporting into the Channel Leader, and working closely alongside our Strategic Account Manager and Category Management team to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.

  • This role offers you the chance for hybrid working from our vibrant & exciting new offices in Farnborough, Hampshire. (3 days in the office)

You’re right for this role if:

  • You have previous experience in Digital Account Management, with a knowledge if the retail market landscape & competitors

  • You have experience with online focused digital account management ideally within the FMCG industry

  • You are commercially savvy with the ability to manage full customer P&L, delivering sales & profit growth and shaping customer strategy using JBPs.

  • Communication skills are a strength – and you can use these skills to negotiate & challenge internally & externally.

  • You are performance driven individual capable for delivering against multiple KPIs whilst at the same time completely admin tasks in a timely fashion.
