Job Responsibilities:

• Help define and manage the roadmap for platform technology, such as identity and access management, business intelligence, platform infrastructure, and developer experience
• Contribute to the technical vision and strategy for the platform by identifying and implementing solutions tailored to our platform strategy
• Partner with business and technology partners across the firm to integrate with cross-functional platform technology
• Work closely with platform software developers to design efficient and scalable solutions
• Use data to inform product development to offer a richer and more personalized client experience
• Show your entrepreneurial spirit & ability to wear many hats with minimal direction

• Product Management Basics: Demonstrated understanding of product management and building software products from conception to launch through all stages of the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution
• Technical Knowledge and Interest: Familiarity with technical concepts, data models, and a strong passion for technical product development
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration: Track record of working collaboratively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and other departments to achieve project goals
• User Focus: Experience partnering with users to deeply understand their needs and pain points, and the ability to translate these into product features and improvements
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to produce clear documentation for product, engineering, and operations audiences
