Key job responsibilities
• Define, develop, and build business critical metrics and reports across all business levers and key performance indicators
• Own and develop key reports and metrics that are consumed by our executive leadership team and partner organization.
• Provide thought leadership in deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders both in and out of the team
• Automate reporting for regular metrics, identify areas of opportunity to automate, scale ad-hoc analyses, build and inform BI tool improvements.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement.A day in the life
- 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
