Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments (Nordics) to provide financial support and guidance for various projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, IFRS, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP).
