Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist (Parts)

As a
Your role:

• Receiving POs from customers and Service Engineers for spare parts
• Processing POs in the system, which end with automatic request to the transportation department
• Managing invoice disputes on customer requests, including issuing credit & debit invoices
• Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

You're the right fit if:

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have fluent English (C1 level)
• You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
• Youkeep a high standard of communication
• You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
• You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
• You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
• You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
