Job DescriptionAs a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialistyou are responsible for taking care of Field Change Orders operational support globally.
- Create Field Change Order Headers for technical solutions.
- Upload Unit Affected List files provided by Business Units into SMAX system.
- Publish documents in InCenter.
- Maintenance of data in SAP MP1.
- Provide “Tier 1” process and capability support to members within the FCO communities when they have issues or require guidance for execution-based activities.

You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have fluent English (C1 level)
- You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
- Youkeep a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
- You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
- You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
