  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of BPR program managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture aligned with Apple's values. Drive team success by providing mentorship, facilitating talent development, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Oversee portfolio, capital expenditure (Capex), and resource planning to deliver Pacific Operations priorities effectively. Make informed, strategic decisions that support overall business objectives.
  • Champion Project Management Excellence: Establish and maintain a framework of best-in-class project management practices across the BPR portfolio. This includes defining standards for project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and adherence to governance frameworks, while promoting the appropriate use of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Technologies for Operational Excellence: Identify and implement opportunities to leverage pioneering technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA to drive efficiency gains, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the overall performance of operations teams. Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Ensure Global and Regional Integration: Ensure that business processes and systems are seamlessly integrated both regionally and globally, adhering to Apple's standards and guidelines. Focus on creating a consistent and scalable global operating model.
  • Partner in Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to develop and prioritize future capabilities roadmaps, aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on optimizing business processes and systems. Benchmark against industry best practices and identify opportunities to differentiate Apple's customer experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process management, system implementation, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • A proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization thanks to excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in consulting within the tech industry, or direct experience with supply chain, Logistics operations, or e-commerce projects.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a global organization, collaborating effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proven hands-on experience with assessing and integrating external vendor solutions into existing system landscapes.
