Manager Supply Chain - Planning
Key Responsibilities
You will implement and deliver OMP solutions end-to-end and have the task to:
- Optimize the Supply Chain Planning processes and functions of our clients while translating their business needs into functional and technical requirements for the OMP solutions.
- Be hands on in the tools and co-create solutions that fit our clients’ needs and are in line with the capabilities of OMP
- Assist in the configuration and parametrization of the OMP solutions
- Have an eye for the impact the new ways of working will have on the end-user and implement solutions to smoothen the transition (eg. Training, end-user profiling,…)
In addition, you’ll actively establish and strengthen the relationships with our regional and global Supply Chain Planning leadership teams and with the OMP senior management.
Profile
- A master’s degree with emphasis in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics with strong academic records
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained improvements in business performance through technology, gained in consultancy or the industry either as an end-user or as an implementation lead.
- You are passionate about Supply Chain planning and can rely on strong knowledge and experience in this field or one of the sub-fields (demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, IBP, EBP, DRP, Production Scheduling,…),
- You are technologically savvy and had prior experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems (OMP, O9, Kinaxis) but most of all you are willing to gather deep knowledge about OMP.
- Fluent written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch
- Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
- Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent business development skills
- Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients
- Commitment to support the development of others through taking on coaching and counselling roles for team members
