At a high level, you will be responsible fortranslating business questions into key requirements that can be tested with data and research, partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to integrate context and insights, and creating compelling narratives and executive slides to answer key strategic questions and moments for executive leaders.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Masters degree or equivalent in social science, I/O psychology, or related quantitative field with 6+ years of experience in analytics, data visualization, storytelling, and consulting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One of the following alternatives may be accepted: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in analytics, visualization, storytelling, and consulting, ideally with an emphasis on HR or Talent analytics (including Talent Acquisition or Workforce Planning)
- Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint and other data analysis tools
- High business acumen, with an affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and making sense of imperfect data
- Strong critical thinking, data deep dives and statistical analyses, data storytelling and presentation development skills
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), PowerPoint presentation development and delivery for executive audiences, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve, adapt with agility, and manage multiple competing priorities
- Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and an integrator
