- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with proven experience in software engineering using C#, C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across local and global teams within Microsoft.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting across networking, application layers, caching, load balancing, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with SQL-like query languages.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluent in English.
