1. People Campaigns & Leadership Communications
- Design and implement communication campaigns that effectively convey Philips’ mission, values, and priorities , ensuring employees feel informed and connected.
- Amplify leadership messaging , supporting the Greater China president’s vision and goals through town halls, employee forums, and other engagement initiatives .
2. People Communication Channels & Content Creation
- Own and manage people communication channels (WeChat, email newsletters, intranet) to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging .
- Localize global messaging to resonate with Greater China employees , highlighting local success stories and employee contributions .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate key business initiatives in a compelling and engaging way.
3. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding
- Partner with HR to drive cultural initiatives and employee-centric events , reinforcing Philips’ "Impact with Care" culture.
- Work with Brand and External Communications teams to promote internal brand advocacy programs .
- Support employer branding efforts , ensuring alignment between internal and external brand messaging to strengthen Philips' position as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5~8+ years of experience in people communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement .
- Strong expertise in campaign planning, content creation, and digital communication channels .
- Experience in leadership communication and messaging strategy .
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with HR, branding, and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese .
- Passion for employee engagement, company culture, and storytelling .
