Drive proactive People projects to scale and support our fast-paced, high-growth business, including workforce planning, organizational structure, development of high performing teams, change management, and communications.
Lead HR for our CS & CO organization, partnering with Executives all the way through to Managers to deliver HR programs including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviews.
Coach and advise managers on complex HR matters, including sensitive employee relations issues.
Guide managers on career pathing and leveling as well as skill and professional development.
Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs.
Design, plan, and execute various central and departmental initiatives and programs.
Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve.
QUALIFICATIONS
8 + years of progressive experience in high-growth organizations in a People/HR position, including experience in business-facing roles.
A demonstrated level of competence in employee relations, coaching, performance management, change management, project management, and employment laws.
Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Curious and continuous learner.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and holistically, and roll up your sleeves and execute.
